Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. When will my order be processed?
A. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us Immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 4- 8 business days for all orders to arrive after processing. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

A. If you did not get a tracking number after 7 business days of placing your order you can simply contact us and we will gladly sort out any issues.

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.
Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied.
Q. I have entered an incorrect Address!
A. If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Contact us immediately If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
